Job Summary:
Gilbert Meher is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commissioning Manager - Business Development to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing existing relationships to bring on complex care packages for our organization.
Main Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Conduct market research, identify new business opportunities, and develop strategies to pursue them.
- Sales and Account Management: Manage existing relationships with commissioners, clients, and stakeholders to ensure continued business growth.
- Project Management: Oversee the mobilization of awarded packages, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our organization and services.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including commissioners, clients, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Business Planning and Reporting: Develop and maintain business plans, track key performance indicators, and provide regular reporting to the Commercial Director.
Requirements:
- Proven Track Record: Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in the healthcare industry.
- Sales and Target Driven: Ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with a strong focus on business growth.
- Administrative Skills: Strong administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Initiative and Flexibility: Ability to work independently, with a high degree of initiative and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
