About the Job: We are looking for a Part Time Youth Support Officer to join our team at Kings Mill School & Residence. This is a dynamic and rewarding role that requires a caring and enthusiastic individual to provide support and care to children and young people with learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities: As a Part Time Youth Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing a high level of care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. You will work closely with the care team to develop and implement individual care plans, promoting independence and encouraging social skills.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to hold or be willing to work towards a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent). You must also be competent in writing reports and compiling information. Additionally, you will need to participate in physical intervention training and be able to use it in your day-to-day work.
