About the Role
">As a key member of our Clinical Negligence and Serious Injury Team, your primary responsibilities will include assisting lawyers with progressing their cases by performing various tasks such as access requests for medical records, record sorting, and document preparation.

- Obtaining additional or missing records and information, as well as researching and approaching medical experts.">
- Liaising with clients, the Court, and other third parties via phone or email to ensure timely communication.">
- Drafting letters and documents, including witness statements, and arranging appointments and conferences as needed.">
- Maintaining compliance with internal policies and GDPR regulations.">

- Able to work conscientiously and meticulously with great attention to detail.">
- Strong IT skills, particularly experience with customer/client databases and MS packages such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.">
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.">

- A team player with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.">
Benefits and Salary
">The ideal candidate should have at least £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, to contribute to the success of our team.
