Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Security Ambassador to join our team at ABM UK. As a Security Ambassador, you will be the public face of our Security Team and site estate management, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safety and security of our customers and staff.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Protect life, property, and premises, preventing loss and waste, and deterring crime.
  • Assist Centre Management in complying with Security-related disciplines and procedures.
  • Be vigilant regarding Health & Safety practices and report any known breaches to Centre Management.
  • Provide first-class visitor-focused service, being the first point of contact for customers and visitors.
  • Work as a team player, meeting visitor needs and actively contributing to the efforts of all departments.

Requirements:

  • SIA Door Supervisor licence (desirable) - willing to obtain prior to employment.
  • SIA CCTV licence (desirable) - capable of completing course and passing exam.
  • Previous experience in a customer-focused role, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
