About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior veterinary surgeon to join our team as a Head of Small Animal Medicine.

Key Responsibilities

  3. To lead and manage the small animal team, ensuring seamless handovers and effective communication.">
  4. To stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in small animal medicine.">
  5. To work closely with our referral services team to ensure smooth transitions and optimal patient outcomes.">

Requirements

  • RCVS registered veterinary surgeon with significant experience in small animal medicine.">
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.">
  • Able to develop and implement clinical strategies.">
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.">
  • Familiarity with electronic patient records and practice management software.">
