Senior Housing Advisor Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Housing Advisor to join our team at Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing (MTVH). As a key member of our housing management team, you will play a crucial role in providing on-site housing support to enable independent living for older persons.

The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of providing services to older persons and a good understanding of housing management. You will be responsible for delivering advice and support to customers with a wide variety of needs and working effectively in partnership with external agencies including the local authority.

You will work closely with customers to provide a range of stimulating and interesting activities to support customers' wellbeing and promote a sense of community. This includes managing day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring excellent customer service, and meeting regulatory and contractual commitments.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering advice and support to customers with a wide variety of needs
