We are seeking a skilled Night Production Supervisor to oversee the smooth execution of production plans and maintain adherence to standards at our Slough factory.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and actively contributing to the ongoing improvement of production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • FMCG or high-speed production environment experience.
  • Good understanding and knowledge of Microsoft based systems.
  • SAP literacy is desirable.
  • Ensure that production plans are executed and lead to the execution of PM's and changeovers.
  • Monitor the progress of production activities, identify, and escalate any issues or delays promptly in accordance with FMOS escalation procedures.
  • Implement and uphold safety protocols and regulatory requirements to create a safe working environment.
  • Maintain and enforce safety and quality standards to ensure that products meet or exceed established specifications.
  • Actively contribute to continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing efficiency, reducing waste, and optimizing production processes.
  • Support the development of factory operators, coaching and mentoring them to enhance their problem-solving skills and overall performance.
