Circet UK is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee our MDU Build Contract. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of civils and cabling activities on telecom infrastructure build and maintenance contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Survey and mark up all existing services within the work area.
  • Identify where DFEs are required and update job notes.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the office and Project Manager.
  • Carry out daily toolbox audits and safety audits with direct staff.
  • Conduct gate checks on gangs as they leave the yard.
  • Ensure gangs have all relevant equipment and SLG for the task at hand.
  • Verify that all equipment is within date and fully calibrated, and arrange recalibration if necessary.
  • Ensure all permit and noticing conditions are being met on site.
  • Report findings in real-time back to the office/Project Manager.
  • Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, quality failures, and service deterioration trends, and implement effective root cause analysis, action planning, and monitoring.
  • Role model important aspects of the new ways of working associated with the move to a Production-focused organisation, including Handheld Technology, site and depot visits.
  • Attend mandatory safety calls when required.
  • Manage the project lifecycle from allocating to the gang to final measures.
  • Provide correct reporting to the Project Manager and precise instructions to the workforce.
  • Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
Additional Health & Safety Obligations:
  • Fully understand and implement the company safety policy and procedures.
  • Ensure that the programmes for the contracts are successfully delivered in a Safe, Quality, and On-Time manner.
  • Drive compliance to any regulatory measures that may apply to the works and operations that Circet undertake.
  • NRSWA accreditation to Supervisor.
  • Ability to understand client's quality requirements.
  • Experience of managing civils/utility gangs preferable telecoms.
  • Full clean driving licence.
