Job Title: Project Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Project Supervisor to join our team at Circet Ireland & UK. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our contracts in a safe, quality, and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out joint site meetings with clients and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Conduct site audits and safety checks to ensure compliance with company and client requirements.
  • Coach and mentor field operatives to improve quality and compliance to NRSWA standards.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the office and project manager on project progress and any issues encountered.
  • Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and calibrated, and that all permit and noticing conditions are met.
  • Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and implement effective root cause analysis and action planning.
  • Manage project lifecycle from allocation to final measures, and ensure that all project deliverables are met.
  • Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
Requirements:
  • Experience and strong understanding of the SROH.
  • NRSWA accreditation to Supervisor level.
  • In-depth knowledge of telecoms and civils industry.
  • IT skills to liaise with group works control.
  • Understanding of permit to work schemes and noticing.
  • Experience of demonstrating good communication skills and prioritizing works effectively.
  • Comfortable and confident working to tight timescales.
  • Experience of dealing with external stakeholders and communicating effectively.
  • Ability to understand client's quality requirements.
  • Candidates should be professional, self-motivated, and have good communication skills.
