Job Title: Project Supervisor

Circet UK is seeking an experienced Project Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our MDU Build Contract.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Survey and mark up all existing services within the work area
  • Identify and update job notes for DFE's
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the office and Project Manager
  • Conduct daily toolbox audits and safety audits with direct staff
  • Ensure gangs have all relevant equipment and SLG for tasks
  • Ensure all equipment is within date and calibrated, and arrange recalibration as needed
  • Ensure permit and noticing conditions are met on site
  • Report findings in real time back to the office/Project Manager
  • Investigate accidents, incidents, and quality failures, and implement effective root cause analysis and action planning
  • Role model new ways of working, including Handheld Technology and site visits
  • Attend mandatory safety calls
  • Manage project lifecycle from allocation to final measures
  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to employees
Requirements:
  • Fully understand and implement the company safety policy and procedures
  • Ensure successful delivery of contracts in a Safe, Quality, and On-Time manner
  • Drive compliance to regulatory measures
  • NRSWA accreditation to Supervisor
  • Ability to understand client quality requirements
  • Experience in managing civils/ utility gangs, preferably in telecoms
  • Full clean driving license
