Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

The Night Production Supervisor will oversee the smooth execution of production plans, ensuring adherence to standards and driving action plans to return the line to standard running conditions in a timely manner.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving FMOS and efficiency
  • Maintaining quality standards
  • Contributing to the ongoing improvement of production processes
  • Ensuring production plans are executed and lead to the execution of PM's and changeovers
  • Monitoring production activities and identifying and escalating any issues or delays promptly
  • Implementing and upholding safety protocols and regulatory requirements
  • Maintaining and enforcing safety and quality standards
  • Actively contributing to continuous improvement projects
  • Supporting the development of factory operators

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • FMCG or high-speed production environment experience
  • Good understanding and knowledge of Microsoft-based systems
  • SAP literacy is desirable
