Business Unit Manager

The role of the Business Unit Manager – Insulation involves leading a team of sales professionals in selling a comprehensive range of insulation, plasterboard, rainscreen, cavity wall, drywall, ceilings, flooring, and fire protection products to brickwork contractors, housebuilders, main contractors, and independent merchants. The ideal candidate will have experience in people management and related building product experience such as walls, floors, ceiling systems, drywall, fire protection, insulation, and portioning systems.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team turnover of £10.5m, dealing with both commercial and residential projects, and getting involved with pricing and purchasing. The ideal applicant will have a strong background in sales and operations management, with a proven track record of success in the building products industry.
