We are seeking an Aftersales Contact Centre Representative to join our team in Maidstone, Kent.

Lipscomb Cars is a leading multi-franchise automotive business operating in the South East region.

Job Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with customers and prospects by telephone for routine service, maintenance or repair bookings.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Contact customers and prospects by telephone
  • Take bookings by obtaining and verifying information
  • Maintain accurate records and databases
  • Provide excellent customer service and support
  • Meet sales targets and objectives
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £50 per hour, plus benefits including 20 days holiday rising to 25 days long service, company pension scheme, and staff discount.

Contract Details

  • 20-25 hours per week (Required in Afternoon, Monday to Friday)
