Commercial Gas Engineer Opportunity

**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Gas Engineer to join our client's mobile maintenance team in London. As a Commercial Gas Engineer, you will be responsible for providing gas maintenance services to commercial banking sites in Central London, with occasional coverage in other areas.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Perform commercial gas maintenance tasks, including gas and air conditioning services, Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
* Ensure compliance with GasSafe regulations and hold COCN1 or CODNCO1 qualifications
* Possess extensive experience in commercial building maintenance, including gas and air conditioning
* Knowledge of electrical systems and qualifications in electrical or mechanical disciplines are desirable
* Experience with boilers, burners, and boosters is essential

**Requirements**

* Commercial GasSafe qualifications, COCN1/CODNCO1 minimum
* Good commercial gas maintenance knowledge
* Electrical knowledge
* Extensive experience working in commercial environments
* Building services knowledge with electrical qualifications desirable

**Package**

* Basic Salary up to £60,000
* 30 minutes each way travel time
* 1 in 4 call-out rotation
* 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
* Company Vehicle with Fuel Card
* Pension
* Overtime available
