Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer Job Description

CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer to join their team. As a Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering services, repairs, and maintenance throughout commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance across several contracts based in London and surrounding areas.
  • Provide a high level of customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Meet key performance indicators (KPI) and service level agreements (SLA) for commercial gas services.
  • Perform multi-skilled maintenance services, covering electrical, mechanical, and building fabric disciplines.
  • Service and fault-find on commercial gas appliances using electrical testing equipment.
Requirements:
  • Gas Safe commercial gas qualifications, including COCN1 or CODNCO1.
  • Extensive experience in commercial building maintenance.
  • Ability to work alone under limited supervision.
  • Reliable, punctual, and flexible to support the role and team.
  • Full clean driving license.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary of up to £55,000 per annum.
