Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer Job Description

CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer to join their team. As a Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering services, repairs, and maintenance throughout commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance across several contracts based in London and surrounding areas.
  • Provide a high level of customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Ensure all key performance indicators (KPI) and service level agreements (SLA) are met.
  • Provide a multi-skilled maintenance service, covering electrical, mechanical, and building fabric disciplines.
Requirements:
  • Gas Safe commercial gas qualifications – COCN1, CORT1, CIGA1, TPCP1 & 1A, ICPN1.
  • Ability to service and fault find on commercial gas appliances using electrical testing equipment.
  • Full clean driving license.
  • Reliable, punctual, and flexible to support the role and all members of the team.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary of up to £55,000 per annum.
  • Door-to-door travel.
  • 1 hour paid lunch break.
  • Overtime rate: 1.33x standard rate.
  • Personal use of van: use of van is permitted and charged at HMRC rate.
  • Holidays: 33 days – 25 standard with 8 statutory days.
  • Pension: 5% from salary with a company contribution of 3%.
