Job Title: Commercial Gas Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Gas Engineer to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions. As a Commercial Gas Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering, servicing, repairing, and maintaining commercial properties throughout London and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver, service, repair, and maintain commercial properties
  • Reactive maintenance throughout clients' portfolios of properties
  • Self-delivery of smaller installations
  • Cover a portfolio of contracted buildings, repairing and maintaining various systems
  • Diagnose and identify faults and failures within equipment
  • Order and fit parts or components to equipment when required
  • Reactive and planned commercial maintenance
  • Provide high levels of customer service and build strong relationships

Requirements:
  • Hold commercial gas tickets (COCN1 or CODNCO1)
  • A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
  • Electrical or Air Conditioning qualifications desirable (17th/18th Edition, Fgas)
  • Client-facing
  • Full driving license

Package:
  • Salary - Up to £56k depending on experience & Qualifications
  • No call-out
  • Fully expensed van and fuel card
  • Mobile phone and company uniform
  • Temp to perm initially, paid weekly
