  9. Forecast and report and deliver precise and actionable forecasts and reports that keep the business ahead of the curve.
  10. Champion continuous improvement and seek ways to enhance sales performance while contributing to broader global and channel initiatives.
  11. Lead with passion and act as the go-to leader for customer escalations, complaints, and challenges, ensuring world-class service at every touch point.
  12. Deliver excellence and align sales activity with other business functions to create a seamless, top-tier customer experience.
What You'll Achieve in Your First 6, 12, and 18 Months
  1. First 6 months: Establish regular reviews with your direct reports, set clear, actionable goals, and build a strong network within the organisation and the Global Sales Manager community.
  2. First 12 months: Define the UK Sales strategy and customer messaging, ensure alignment with channel activities, develop annual objectives, Key Result Areas, and commission schemes that align with business goals, and collaborate across teams to ensure the delivery of strategy and key initiatives.
  3. 18 months: Establish metrics and controls to track performance, identify areas for improvement, continue to mentor and develop your team, set robust IDPs, and celebrate successes, and deliver strong year-on-year growth, contributing to long-term strategy.
About You

We're looking for an ambitious and dynamic leader with a proven track record in driving commercial success in B2B environments. You'll need to inspire a multi-disciplinary team, driving collaboration across the UK Channel and globally. You will have excellent knowledge of creating and implementing a sales strategy, one that you believe in, and will bring others on a journey.

Key skills you'll bring to the role include expertise in strategic planning, leadership, and commercial success, strong skills in sales planning, forecasting, and reporting, a deep understanding of diverse sales techniques and financial models, proficiency in data management, experience in coaching high-performing teams to achieve and exceed ambitious targets, self-motivation, and the ability to thrive autonomously.
