Job Summary:

Building Careers UK is seeking a Senior Project Surveyor/Quantity Surveyor to manage the commercial delivery of key projects. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a main contractor role, with expertise in NEC contracts and commercial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR) process, ensuring alignment with Profit Take and Revenue Recognition Rules.
Manage subcontractor payments through to final account.
Take a leading role in delivering major infrastructure projects, with a focus on commercial management and project coordination.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, ideally in a main contractor role.
NEC contract expertise, with knowledge of other forms of contract highly desirable.
Demonstrable competence in subcontractor procurement, management, and final account resolution.

About the Role:

This is a site-based role in Cambridge, with opportunities for continued work across the business unit. The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative team structure with commercial support, whether in a QS or SQS role.
