Job Introduction

We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at Lincolnshire Recovery Partnership. As an integral part of our operations team, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate records, supporting the management team, and contributing to the delivery of high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including generating prescription batch runs, logging prescribing information, and posting prescriptions to pharmacies
  • Process invoices, complete clinic letters, and perform data input tasks
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of health and safety policies and procedures
  • Deal with incoming and outgoing post, order supplies, and manage petty cash

Requirements

We are looking for a confident communicator with excellent administrative skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work under pressure. You should be comfortable talking to service users, have a good understanding of Microsoft Office, and be able to maintain confidentiality.
