Job Title: Lead Solution Architect

Job Summary:

Harnham - Data & Analytics Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Lead Solution Architect to join our client, a major retail organization, in their mission to expand their global presence in the home improvement industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architectural Leadership: Lead the adoption of cloud-native technologies and effective architectural patterns across projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and governance requirements.
  • Strategic Design Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop high-level designs that integrate with existing systems, meet business needs, and drive digital transformation.
  • Product Selections: Support product selection processes by advising on the best technologies and solutions that align with business goals, ensuring effective use of resources and minimizing risks.
  • Architectural Decisions: Guide architectural decisions to align with business and technical requirements, ensuring compliance with governance steps and promoting a culture of innovation.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary architectural liaison, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders about project direction and outcomes, and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Collaborative Working: Foster collaboration across business, technical, and group teams to deliver high-quality solutions, driving business growth and improving customer experiences.
  • Line Management: Lead and develop Solution Architects, aligning their contributions with strategic goals and promoting their professional growth, ensuring a strong and capable team.
  • Enhancing Architectural Practice: Innovate and advance architectural practices within the Architecture chapter, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

  • Proven experience in leading architectural teams and driving digital transformation.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-native technologies and effective architectural patterns.
