Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Storage Solutions Architect to join our team at Spectrum IT Recruitment. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing and developing complex storage solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop integrated storage solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Perform cost analyses and vendor comparisons to ensure optimal solutions.
  • Provide 24x7 on-call support to ensure business continuity.
  • Develop technical expertise on established and emerging storage systems and technologies.
  • Communicate system operations and environment changes to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as SOX and PCI.
  • Understand and mitigate capacity, redundancy, and health constraints of storage systems.
  • Manage automated storage device configuration and ensure security requirements are met.
  • Provide technical input to solution development plans and concept documents.
  • Research new technologies and propose cost-effective solutions.
  • Plan and manage technical projects involving multiple teams.

Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of EMC VPLEX, POWERMAX storage platforms, and NAS.
  • Extensive technical expertise and analysis on business storage environments.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
