Job Title: Senior Storage Solutions Architect

Job Summary:

Spectrum IT Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Storage Solutions Architect to lead technical projects and develop innovative storage solutions. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for designing and developing complex, integrated storage solutions that meet the needs of our growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Develop Storage Solutions: Develop and implement storage solutions that meet the needs of our business, including designing and implementing complex storage architectures.
  • Lead Technical Projects: Lead technical projects involving other teams to ensure successful implementation of storage solutions.
  • Provide 24x7 Support: Provide 24x7 on-call support to ensure that storage systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Develop Technical Expertise: Develop and maintain technical subject matter expertise on established and emerging storage systems and technologies.
  • Communicate System Operations: Communicate system operations and environment changes to stakeholders.
  • Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all security requirements are met and that storage systems comply with regulatory requirements such as SOX and PCI.
  • Research New Technologies: Research new technologies and propose cost-effective solutions to improve storage infrastructure.

Requirements:

  • Advanced Knowledge of Storage Systems: Advanced knowledge of EMC VPLEX, POWERMAX storage platforms, NAS, and other storage systems.
  • Technical Expertise: Extensive technical expertise and analysis on business storage environments.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills to lead technical projects and teams.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to communicate with stakeholders and team members.
