About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Specialist to join our Estates/Capital Design Team as a full-time Architectural Projects Officer.

The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking day-to-day duties of Lead Designer and Project Manager in various Capital Projects, from feasibility stage to detailed design and final account stage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordination of a team of construction professionals in the delivery of Discretionary Capital Projects.
  • Produce detailed design, specification and contract documentation for building projects in respect of all Discretionary Capital developments.
  • Carry out project management and co-ordinate both new building and refurbishment projects within the Health Board's Discretionary Capital Programme for appointed Design Teams.

Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
