Job Title: Registered Care Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Care Manager to join our team at Home Instead Dundee & South Angus. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our care service and ensuring the delivery of outstanding quality care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of care professionals to provide high-quality care services to clients in their own homes.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant care regulations and standards.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of clients.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in care management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SVQ Level 5 or above in Social & Health Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in a care management role, preferably in a home care setting.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
