Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our Liverpool Street Wellbeing Hub. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving sales, managing store operations, and leading by example to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Co-responsible for the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring seamless operations and high standards of customer service.
- Drive sales and company objectives, identifying opportunities to increase store footfall and promote NEOM as a brand.
- Assist the Store Manager with payroll, rotas, stocktakes, and reports, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
- Take full ownership of the store and team in the Store Manager's absence, making informed decisions to maintain high standards.
- Lead by example, supporting your team with daily tasks and providing coaching and development opportunities to help them reach their full potential.
- Ensure the highest standards of housekeeping, cleanliness, and visual merchandising are upheld, creating an inviting and engaging store environment.
- Organise and support in-store and field events to promote NEOM as a brand, working with partnering businesses to drive sales and brand awareness.
- Proactively identify opportunities to contribute to the wellbeing of our planet, colleagues, community, and customers, aligning with NEOM's values and mission.
- At least 1 year minimum experience in a Retail Supervisor role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Experience in the Health & Beauty Industry, with a passion for wellbeing and a natural interest in health & wellbeing.
- A love of customer service, with the ability to translate this into inspiring your colleagues and driving sales.
- Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to maintain impeccable standards in store.
- Someone who thrives in a collaborative and supportive team environment, with a positive energy that inspires others.
- Alignment with NEOM's values, with a keen interest in wellbeing and a desire to contribute to the company's mission.
