Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We're seeking a full-time Retail Store Supervisor to join our Liverpool Street Wellbeing Hub. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the store, driving sales and company objectives, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-responsibility for the day-to-day running of a standalone store
  • Drive forward sales and company objectives
  • Assist the Store Manager with payroll, rotas, stocktakes, and reports
  • Take full ownership of store and team in Store Manager's absence
  • Lead by example and support your team with daily tasks
  • Ensure the highest standards of housekeeping, cleanliness, and visual merchandising are upheld
  • Organise and support in-store and field events to promote NEOM as a brand
  • Training of current and new team members
  • Proactively identifying how you can contribute to the wellbeing of our planet, colleagues, community, and customers
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year minimum experience in a Retail Supervisor role
  • Experience in the Health & Beauty Industry
  • A passion for wellbeing
  • A love of customer service and ability to translate this to inspire colleagues
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Someone who thrives in a collaborative and supportive team
  • Alignment with NEOM values with a keen interest in wellbeing
  • Desire and capability to coach and develop your team to reach their full potential
  • Be commercially driven, seeking constant brand opportunities to increase store footfall
  • Meticulous attention to detail, able to maintain impeccable standards in store
