Product Support Admin Role

We're seeking a skilled Product Support Admin to join our team in Barnsley, on a 6-month fixed-term contract. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our Mortgage Club products are accurate and compliant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply relevant process controls to maintain compliance and accuracy of our Mortgage Club products.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including lenders and brokers, to resolve complex queries and provide support.
  • Work closely with the Product Owner and Operations & Commercial Manager to ensure they have relevant information for decision-making.
  • Own relevant processes to ensure they remain relevant and compliant.
  • Collate and analyse feedback from stakeholders to identify improvements.
  • Proactively review products to ensure accuracy and identify errors.
Requirements:
  • Good knowledge of the UK mortgage market.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft applications.
  • Experience in managing stakeholder expectations and demonstrating a balance of stakeholder and commercial needs.
  • Ability to escalate decisions based on risk evaluation and available information.
