Product Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Product Support Admin to join our team in Barnsley, on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
As a Product Support Admin, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our Mortgage Club products. This will involve applying relevant processes and controls to maintain compliance, collaborating with key stakeholders, and working closely with the Product Owner and Operations & Commercial Manager to ensure they have the necessary information to make decisions on priorities for change.
Key Tasks:
- Apply process controls to ensure products remain accurate and compliant
- Owning relevant processes to ensure they remain relevant and compliant
- Collate and analyse feedback from stakeholders to identify improvements
- Interact with lenders, brokers, and other key stakeholders over complex queries
- Maintain accurate records of key information related to products
- Proactively review products to ensure accuracy and identify errors
We are looking for a candidate with good knowledge of the UK mortgage market, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work under pressure in an orderly and accurate manner. Experience in managing stakeholder expectations and demonstrating a balance of stakeholder and commercial needs is also essential.
