Product Support Specialist

Legal & General is seeking a Product Support Analyst to join our team in Barnsley, on a 6 month fixed-term contract. As a Product Support Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our Mortgage Club products are updated and accurate, through applying relevant processes and controls to maintain compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including lenders and brokers, to resolve complex queries and work closely with the Product Owner and Operations & Commercial Manager to ensure they have relevant information needed to make decisions on priorities for change.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on user outcomes and experience, handling more complex queries and escalations.
- Good knowledge of the UK mortgage market.
- Knowledge of Microsoft applications.
- Good experience in managing stakeholder expectations & demonstrating actions that show an appropriate balance of stakeholder and commercial needs.
