About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Global Shipping Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team. As a pivotal member of the team, you will process shipments to and from global customers, ensuring timely collections and meeting agreed customer schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process shipments to and from global customers, adhering to import and export procedures and controls
  2. Audit import declarations to ensure compliance with HMRC procedures and resolve queries with shipments
  3. Negotiate with carriers to ensure cost-effective shipment methods and constantly monitor production schedules

Requirements:

  • Natural ability to self-manage and be proactive
  • Prior experience of logistics compliance and knowledge of stock movement
