Job Description: Supply Chain Coordinator

We are currently seeking an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team at The ONE Group Ltd in Cambridge. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in logistics and a talent for negotiation.

The ideal candidate will possess experience working within Supply Chain and be proficient in Mandarin. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Negotiating with suppliers to secure the best possible prices.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with vendors through effective communication.
  • Evaluating vendor performance and addressing any supply chain issues that may arise.
  • Supporting technical purchase orders by gathering relevant information.
  • Expediting and rescheduling open purchase orders to meet production deadlines.
  • Liaising with customs to facilitate import and export worldwide logistics activities.
  • Optimising logistics processes for efficiency and cost savings.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to drive business success.
  • Recording all technical shipping and receiving details accurately.
  • Generating analysis data to support decision-making.
