We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Clinical Laboratory Director to lead our clinical laboratory team at Singular: Building Brilliant Biotechs. As a key member of our Senior Management Team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality management standards, and contributing to the company's strategic direction and execution.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and expand the clinical laboratory team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and compliance with regulatory and quality management standards.
- Collaborate closely with Heads of R&D, Manufacturing, and Regulatory to ensure the transfer and validation of new assays into the clinical laboratory.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and improve clinical and health outcomes.
- Manage customer interactions professionally, running multiple client projects and ensuring delivery of high-quality data reports.
- Contribute to the company's strategic direction and execution as a key member of the Senior Management Team.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An MD/PhD in a relevant subject.
- Significant experience managing a clinical laboratory and overseeing high complexity testing.
- Certification by an HHS-approved board.
- Solid experience working to ISO 15189 standards.
