About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Operations Specialist to join our Estate Management Department. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of our prestigious estate, including grounds and buildings.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintaining diverse building services within a complex organisation, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work successfully across a broad spectrum of stakeholders.

Responsibilities will include carrying out routine daily activities and checks of all areas, ensuring these areas are compliant and to a first-class standard. You will also assist in the preparation and installation of temporary structures for events, such as The Championships, and ensure all associated services are provided to support these structures.

As a Maintenance Operations Specialist, you will be required to work independently or within a team to identify technical issues and provide timely solutions. A full driving license and basic IT skills are essential, with experience in or holding IPAF, PASMA, and Forklift licenses being desirable.

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
