About the Role

This role involves assisting with day-to-day maintenance and operation of the school. You will be responsible for keeping the grounds tidy and well-maintained, ensuring the security of school buildings, conducting regular site checks, and responding to maintenance tickets on our Estates Helpdesk.

To succeed in this role, you should have a willingness to undertake relevant training to support your progress and development in the role and within the Estates team.

  • Responding to maintenance requests
About You

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual with previous experience in caretaking, premises, or building management. Previous experience is not essential but having some knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and fire safety procedures would be beneficial.

You should be able to complete general manual handling tasks including lifting, moving, and carrying deliveries, furniture, and other loads.
