Job Description

Mitie Telecoms is a leading provider of acquisition, design, and construction (ADC) services, specialist managed services of temporary mobile infrastructure, and facilities maintenance for the telecommunications industry.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Technician to join our team. This is a site-based role that requires strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist senior personnel with tasks as allocated and ensure the quality of delivery at all times.
  • Prepare and approve Risk Assessment and Method Statements (RAMS) for straightforward site works.
  • Plan site teams and deliver straightforward projects while managing on-site teams and ensuring quality of delivery.
  • Take responsibility for Health and Safety on site as required and carry out site inspections, site measures, decommissioning, and remedial works as needed.
Key Accountabilities:
  • Ensure a strong focus on customer satisfaction by delivering an efficient, accurate, and cost-effective solution to our clients.
  • Implement and champion all company standards relating to Health and Safety, the Environment, and Quality.

We are looking for a candidate with excellent knowledge of Health and Safety requirements for projects and the ability to efficiently plan and programme works. The ideal candidate will also have a proven track record in working at heights and be able to communicate accurately and concisely at all levels.
