We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Technician to join our team. This is a site-based role that requires strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills.
Main Responsibilities:- Assist senior personnel with tasks as allocated and ensure the quality of delivery at all times.
- Prepare and approve Risk Assessment and Method Statements (RAMS) for straightforward site works.
- Plan site teams and deliver straightforward projects while managing on-site teams and ensuring quality of delivery.
- Take responsibility for Health and Safety on site as required and carry out site inspections, site measures, decommissioning, and remedial works as needed.
- Ensure a strong focus on customer satisfaction by delivering an efficient, accurate, and cost-effective solution to our clients.
- Implement and champion all company standards relating to Health and Safety, the Environment, and Quality.
We are looking for a candidate with excellent knowledge of Health and Safety requirements for projects and the ability to efficiently plan and programme works. The ideal candidate will also have a proven track record in working at heights and be able to communicate accurately and concisely at all levels.
