We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Pastry Sous Chef to join our culinary team. As a key member of our pastry section, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects, including our signature Cakes & Bubbles restaurant, which offers an exquisite selection of sweet creations. You will be part of a dynamic team that creates sumptuous culinary delights, providing fine and unobtrusive service to our discerning guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Pastry Head Chef in leading the pastry team and ensuring the delivery of exceptional culinary experiences.
  • Develop and implement new pastry concepts and menus that align with the hotel's luxury brand.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative and visually appealing desserts.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and consistency in all pastry offerings.
  • Provide guidance and training to junior team members to ensure their growth and development.
