About the Role:

Rhubarb Hospitality Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Pastry Chef to join a busy modern French European Brasserie in Central London. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Senior Pastry Chef or Pastry Sous Chef working in premium quality pastry kitchens, 5* Hotels, restaurants, or Patisseries.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of up to 8 pastry Chefs
  • Oversee the pastry department, ensuring high-quality desserts are prepared and presented to the highest standards
  • Develop and implement new dessert menus and recipes
  • Collaborate with the Front of House team to ensure seamless service
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

Requirements:

  • Formal training in classic French patisserie
  • Proven experience in managing a team of pastry Chefs
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
