Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Loss Prevention Specialist to join our team. As a Loss Prevention Specialist, you will play a critical role in protecting our assets and ensuring the safety of our customers and employees. You will work closely with our store teams to investigate and analyze incidents, provide coaching and training, and implement strategies to prevent loss.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate and analyze incidents of theft and shrinkage, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions
  • Provide coaching and training to store employees on loss prevention best practices and procedures
  • Work closely with store teams to develop and implement strategies to prevent loss and improve asset protection
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to loss prevention and asset protection
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in loss prevention and asset protection

Requirements

  • Experience in a loss prevention or asset protection role, preferably in a retail environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate and analyze complex incidents
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with store employees and other stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
