Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Loss Prevention Specialist to join our team. As a Loss Prevention Specialist, you will play a critical role in protecting our assets and ensuring the safety of our customers and associates.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and analyze incidents of loss and shrinkage to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Work closely with store teams to educate and train associates on loss prevention best practices and protocols.
- Develop and maintain relationships with law enforcement and other external partners to ensure effective conflict resolution and loss awareness.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential risks and vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective loss prevention strategies and initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience in dealing with shrink and crime resolution in a fast-paced retail security environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and associate engagement.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
