About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Loss Prevention Advisor to join our team at TJX Europe. As a Loss Prevention Advisor, you will play a critical role in protecting our customers, associates, and assets by delivering effective conflict resolution and ensuring loss awareness remains top priority.

As a key member of our store team, you will work closely with colleagues to investigate, analyze, and provide feedback on loss prevention strategies. Your expertise will help us maintain a safe and secure environment for our customers and associates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and analyze loss prevention incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with store teams to ensure loss awareness and conflict resolution
  • Provide coaching, validation, influence, and support to store associates to ensure they are equipped to handle loss prevention situations
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement loss prevention strategies and initiatives
  • Monitor and report on loss prevention metrics to inform business decisions
