Job Title: Loss Prevention Advisor

About the Role:

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Loss Prevention Advisor. In this role, you'll work closely with our store teams to identify and mitigate potential risks, investigate incidents, and provide coaching and support to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment.

As a Loss Prevention Advisor, you'll be responsible for:

  • Conducting thorough investigations into incidents and providing recommendations for improvement
  • Developing and implementing effective loss prevention strategies to reduce shrinkage and protect assets
  • Providing coaching and training to store associates on loss prevention best practices
  • Collaborating with store teams to identify and address potential risks and vulnerabilities
  • Analyzing data and providing insights to inform loss prevention strategies
What You'll Need:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of integrity and discretion
  • Experience in a retail or security environment (desirable)
