About the Programme:

  • Rotations through different departments, including Marketing, Sales and Supply Planning, Customer and Network Support, Fleet and Network Operations, and field teams.
  • Comprehensive training, including project management, problem-solving, and innovation.
  • Ongoing support and mentorship from experienced professionals.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Recently graduated or due to graduate in 2025.
  • Completed a placement year as part of their degree (ideal but not essential).
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Right to work in the UK and willingness to relocate to a commutable distance of our EcoHQ in Epsom, Surrey (we offer a relocation grant if necessary).

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary: £32,000 - £38,000 per annum.
  • A relocation grant of up to £1,000 for students relocating to within a commutable distance of our EcoHQ.
