About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Waste Water Process Engineering Leader to join our team in Epsom. As a leader in this field, you will be responsible for shaping the future of our water infrastructure and developing innovative solutions to complex problems.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in process engineering, with experience in leading teams and delivering projects on time and within budget. You will be expected to work closely with colleagues in the UK and overseas to deliver integrated design solutions and ensure high-quality standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead technical delivery and safety across multiple projects and programmes
  • Set technical strategic direction for projects and bid proposals
  • Act as a subject-matter-expert and lead an agenda of technical excellence
  • Grow, develop and manage waste water process engineering capability within the practice
  • Be a strategic partner for clients, providing vision and inspiration
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Chartered Chemical / Process Engineer qualification
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to influence and motivate teams
  • Multidisciplinary integration and coordination expertise
  • Up-to-date knowledge of innovation and treatment technologies
  • Nationally or internationally recognised subject matter expertise
  • Commissioning experience
What We Offer
