The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for an exceptional individual with strong IT supplier relationship management skills and experience working with Tier 1 IT suppliers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving innovation and extracting value from vendors, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Job Description:

This is a senior IT supplier relationship management role that requires the development and implementation of best-in-class SRM processes, policies, and methodologies. The successful candidate will work closely with business units across the banking group to ensure that they are managing their technology suppliers effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize SRM processes and tools for consistent external vendor management.
  • Manage a portfolio of business-critical, Tier 1 IT suppliers, seeking opportunities to drive innovation and extract value in terms of cost and service for key stakeholders up to and including CIO level.
  • Provide expert Supplier Relationship Management capabilities through internal consultancy and advisory services.

Requirements:

  • Advanced stakeholder engagement, influencing, and management skills.
  • Proven experience in IT & Technology Procurement, SRM, or Vendor Management, preferably with Tier 1 IT suppliers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Demonstrable experience in developing SRM processes, policies, and tools.

Salary Information: This role comes with a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £85,000 per annum, plus an excellent benefits package.
