We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Operations Specialist to join our team at Sussex Community NHS Trust. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing patient flow from acute providers to and across our Intermediate Care Units.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all bed capacity across the Trust is utilized while maintaining safe and high-quality care for patients throughout their journey. You will work collaboratively with external stakeholders and partner organizations to address urgent care local pressure, system surges, and escalation, ensuring capacity is fully utilized and patient flow is maximized.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Current NMC Registration or other Health Care Professional Qualification
