Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Director to join our team in a client-facing role. As a Life Sciences Lead, you'll be responsible for developing and delivering a business plan that drives sustained growth across sectors.

Responsibilities

  1. Establish a safe, inclusive, and effective project delivery and team environment.
  2. Lead and manage major projects and programmes at portfolio level, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and specification compliance.
  3. Create and promote clear vision, leadership, and strategic direction for major projects and programmes.
  4. Develop and implement strategies for service delivery, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and best practice.
  5. Build and sustain an integrated, multi-cultural, collaborative, and high-performance team that anticipates and responds to organizational, stakeholder, and industry partner needs.
  6. Effectively communicate key strategic business needs, managing and reporting on safety, service quality, and performance.
  7. Accountable for service delivery, standards, and fiscal performance at account level.
  8. Attract and retain talented people.

Qualifications

  1. Demonstrable delivery experience in Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences sectors.
  2. Experience working at account level within a client organization at portfolio level.
  3. Established network within the industry supply chain.
  4. Strong and current understanding of design/code requirements/building regulations and industry trends.
  5. Proven track record and demonstrable delivery experience of project management, leading and managing teams up to 50 people.
  6. Thorough understanding and practical experience of working within a shared data/enterprise environment.
  7. Knowledge of process engineering and/or construction management.
  8. Degree qualified in construction and/or engineering.
  9. Professional memberships desirable.
