We are offering a competitive pay rate of £32 per hour (assignment rate) for this full-time locum opportunity, which has a contract duration of 3 months.

About the Role:

  • This role will involve working closely with service users, their families, and carers to assess, manage, careplan, support, and review care needs in line with policy, procedures, and legislation.
  • You will be required to promote conversations to draw on support around each person, their networks, local community, and personal resources.
  • As a Mental Health Care Coordinator, you will establish therapeutic relationships with service users and maintain a person-centred approach balanced with risk management.

To be successful in this role, you will need a degree or equivalent in social work, current registration with Social Work England, significant frontline experience in Adults Services, and prior experience working within a mental health setting would be ideal.
