Key Responsibilities:

* Provide one-to-one support to a student with SEN, ensuring their individual needs are met.
* Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and personalized learning strategies.
* Collaborate with the class Teacher to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
* Support the student's social and emotional development, fostering a sense of belonging and self-confidence.
* Adapt and differentiate teaching materials to accommodate the student's learning style and abilities.
* Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other professionals involved in the student's education.
* Monitor and record the student's progress, providing regular feedback to the teaching team.

Qualifications and Requirements:

* Relevant experience in supporting students with SEN in an educational setting.
* Knowledge of various special educational needs and strategies to address them.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting the learning and development of students with SEN.

Additional Information:

* This is a full-time position based in Rotherham.
* The successful candidate will undergo necessary background checks.
* Training opportunities and professional development support will be provided.
