Sales Professional

Are you a sales professional with a proven track record of exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer service? Do you have an in-depth knowledge of the shared ownership and private sale market, coupled with experience in navigating the conveyancing process? If so, you may be a good fit for this role at Bromford.
As a sales consultant, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day sales operations for designated sites, ensuring swift response to all generated leads and striving to secure necessary reservations promptly, progressing the sales to exchange and completion.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer enquiries
- Nurturing leads to secure reservations
- Progressing sales to exchange and completion
To excel in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong negotiation skills and a thorough understanding of regulatory compliance in the property sales industry. Your ability to effectively communicate with clients, manage expectations, and prioritize tasks will be crucial in delivering outstanding results.
This role is available as a full-time 6-month fixed-term contract. You will work Tuesday to Saturday based at our Merret Place development in Winchcombe. A basic DBS check and a full UK driving licence are required.
You will have:
- Experience of working in a sales team
- A proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
- A good understanding of shared ownership and the private sale market
- Proven negotiating skills
- Previous experience of delivering excellent customer service
- A current CSCS card
